Commercial property bounce-back stalls.
Commercial BuildingCommercial development activity has declined in Q2 2010 owing to a lack of public sector building work, according to the latest edition of the Commercial Real Estate Review (CRER) by accountants and business advisers BDO. BDO’s CRER data shows a dip in activity levels from 4 per cent in April and May to -2 per cent in June, with public sector activity falling at the fastest rate since January. read more read more
