SHALNI SOOD
Shalni Sood, senior private banker, SG Hambros

As a senior private banker with SG Hambros in London, Shalni has the most senior relationship management role within the business. Her background is unique in private banking in that as well as being a chartered accountant, she also had a career in corporate finance prior to moving into private banking -which makes her very high calibre.

Shalni has worked in the city since she graduated from Bristol University in 1993. She qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and began her career handling high profile corporate transactions for Hambros Bank and J Henry Schroder & Co. She spent the five years before joining SG Hambros (in February 2005) as a UK senior relationship manager, managing private client and family group relationships for Schroders Private Bank. Shalni is married and has a two-year-old daughter.
