Reena Tailor, artistic director of Bollywood Dreams Dance Academy, Solihull

Bollywood Dreams Dance Academy, based in the Midlands, is the largest dance academy outside of London running classes in Birmingham, Coventry and Wolverhampton. The classes are available for any age and any ability and introduce students to a wide range of Bollywood music and dances. Reena is the artistic director of the academy, which she set up four years ago and the academy has grown from just 15 students to over 100.

There are three areas to the dance academy - dance classes, dance workshops and dance performances. Reena has worked with over 200 educational establishments including nurseries, primary schools, secondary schools and colleges to bring dance into the community. As a dance company they have performed at over 150 venues nationally and internationally. Reena trained 12 senior students to join the dance company and they have performed at prestigious venues such as the Birmingham Symphony Hall and the NEC Birmingham.
