Noreen Mirza has nine years experience working in the fashion industry at retailers that include Littlewoods, Marks and Spencer, GAP and Harrods. After graduating with a degree in Business and Sociology, Noreen decided to set up her own business designing bespoke ladies jewellery and accessories.

Inspired by the traditional ethnic flavours from Asia, Noreen developed a range of handcrafted shoes, bags, jewellery and embroidered shawls, sourcing all materials from India, Pakistan and Dubai. After building a reputation for creating unusual and high quality products as well as offering expert advice on Asian trends and fashion, Noreen's business became successful enough to open a shop in Richmond, Surrey, with plans now to set up an online store.

Noreen was recently asked to present a talk on entrepreneurship to students at the West Thames College.
