NIKITA THAKRAR

Nikita Thakrar is a classically trained dancer specialising in Kathak. She studied the dance in its land of origin – India – when she was 18 and the six-month, selffinanced trip inspired her to set up her own dance company. Thakrar and her team now perform at corporate events for the likes of Asda, Ford, Vodafone and HSBC. In the past four years, she has organised three annual student showcase productions at the prestigious Bhavan Centre in Kensington and has toured and performed across Australia.
