LEONE RAZALI
Leone Razali, 29, investment banker, London

Born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Leone was raised and educated in Poland, India, Malaysia, Britain and the USA. She attended Yale University where she gained a BA (Hons) in History. Leone's first job in investment banking was working for JPMorgan & Co in New York, and in 1999 she transferred to their London office. From here she moved to work for Lehman Brothers in 2001. At Lehman Brothers, Leone has been promoted to the position of finance director within the contract finance group where she specialises in acquisitions and mortgage portfolios.

Working in a predominantly white male dominated industry Leone is an inspirational mentor. She is an active member of the Diversity Recruiting Team and travels to universities to speak to students who may be interested in pursuing a career in investment banking. Leone also actively participates in the Sponsors for Educational Opportunities (SEO) recruitment programme for ethnic minority students.
