Asma recently qualified as a dentist at a time when the industry is in a period of great change. In her final vocational year Asma was invited by the board of the practice where she worked if she would like to buy into the practice. After much consideration and contemplating the personal implications this would have with a 100 mile round trip every day to work, Asma decided to buy into the practice.

Six months later Asma has fulfilled both the social and business responsibilities by increasing her patient list by 700 NHS patients and she has built a list of approximately 200 private patients. Asma is now recognised as one of the youngest and brightest prospects in the dentistry industry.
