Ebookers
plc is Europe's largest online travel agency. (Source PhoCusWright
2000). It sells to customers in 11 European countries, over the
internet and using traditional sales channels. Gross sales in 2000
were over £100m ($150m). In Q3 2001 ebookers recorded its
first profit (pre non-cash items), two quarters ahead of schedule,
and also achieved 80% year on year quarterly sales growth. ebookers
