KPMG Asian Festivals Dinner 2010

Nina Amin of KPMG with Lord Dolar PopatNina Amin, Tax Partner at KPMG, one of the 'Big Four' accountancy and audit firms in the UK, hosted a celebration of Asian Festivals on Thursday 11th November 2010 at The Jumeirah Carlton Tower Hotel in Knightsbridge, London. Ruby McGregor-Smith, CEO of Mitie Plc gave the keynote address and spoke about the opportunities created for entrepreneurial businesses in times of austerity. Ranjit Mathrani, Chairman of World Group and High Sheriff of London gave the opening address.

Ruby McGregor-Smith, CEO of Mitie PlcGuests included some of the wealthiest Asians in the UK: Sir G K & Lady Noon, S P Hinduja, Vijay & Bhikhu Patel of Waymade, Dr Rami Ranger MBE of Sun Oil, Sailesh and Kalpesh Solanki from the Asian Media Group, Mayank Patel of The Azibo Group, Ketan and Tuhina Mehta of Necessity Supplies and a host of well-known Asian business people. Also in attendance were Baroness Sandip Verma, Lord Dolar Popat, Chief Executive of TLC Group that specialises in healthcare and hospitality, Keith Vaz MP and film director Gurinder Chadha OBE.
