Groove Guru's music is mainly inspired by his experiences as a DJ in Goa, India and also influenced by his practice of Yoga and Meditation (Vipassana). In Vol. 4, entitled Tiger Lounge, Groove Guru's definitive sound contains a modern luxurious blend of smooth house, bossa nova, downtempo, lush electronica and chill that will remain timeless as much as it presents the sound today.

Groove Guru, aka Trevor Pinto, has been in the music business for the last 17 years, besides a DJ he has also been an A&R Manager and a Music Producer. As a DJ he performed in some of the most famous nightspots in Goa, including Club Tito's, Café Mambo, Café Del mar and Café Cuba.
