The Surrey-based DJ, A&R Manager and producer has 15 Years experience is the music industry as a musician, a sound engineer. He was a DJ for 5 years in Goa, India, a Traveller and Tourist hot spot. He mostly played Funky House, R & B, Chill Out and Goa Ambient Trance. Club Tito’s, Café Mambo – Goa, Café Del Mar - Goa, Café Cuba, and Drop Anchor Beach Café were some of the places he performed at in Goa. This is where he developed his current style of music which is also influenced by Yoga, Tai Chi, a Beach Lifestyle and Goa Ambient Trance. He is now currently based in the UK and produces music from his home recording studio.

"Groove Guru - Vipshana (a form of meditation) helps me to transport myself mentally to some of the most chilled out places on earth, from beaches to holy cities. Which then helps me in experiencing the emotion and enabling me transfer it on to my music” said the Chillout Maestro.

ABOUT GROOVE GURU TRACKS

1. Travel Shanti - This track is dedicated to the world traveler. (Shanti meaning peace in Hindi - language of India). Which converts to “Travel in Peace” through life’s journey.

2. Palolem Karma – This track gets its name from one the most chilled out beach in Goa, India. Palolem Beach, a tropical beach with lush palm trees, white sand and meeting place of travelers, rave’s and long time settlers, who come here to chill out and re-energise themselves. (The opening scene of the famous Hollywood move “The Bourne Supremacy” was shot on Palolem Beach)

3. Sea, Sand & Chakras - (Chakra meaning Sun in Hindi --Language of India) which converts to Sea, Sand and Sun.

4. Goa Callin – This tracks get its name from Goa (ex Portuguese colony), India, which is a watering hole for world travelers, rave’s, hippies, tourist etc. Goa is also India’s party capital and chill out zone. This track is dedicated to all those who have passed through Goa and long to go back
