Here, at the grand theatre in Bombay, you will mingle with Bollywood high society. Bollywood Bitesized has taken the best bits of Bollywood - from the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s - and invites you to experience them anew, so don your finest Bollywood-inspired outfits and get ready to eat, drink and experience Bollywood the way it was meant to be!

Step back into a forgotten world of Bollywood… When heroes battled, sirens smouldered and Bollywood was the throbbing heart of a young and newly Independent India. Imagine a world where swashbuckling sagas take place in a land of deserts and mountains, where Varga girls wear bindis, where screen sirens with eyes like midnight are swept away by troubled men with brooding brows. A world where men in mod suits do the twist and graceful courtesans melt hearts with a raised brow.

During the show, we’ll offer you vintage Bollywood inspired cocktails, authentic street-food courtesy of the ‘Everybody Love Love Jhalmuri Express’ and live dance from Bollywood Dance London. After the curtain comes down, DJ Shai Guy from Bombay Funkadelic and SonnyJi from BBC Asian network will take to the decks spinning retro Bollywood, Bhangra, Funk, Soul and House.
