One of London's most sought-after photographers, Roy Mehta will be giving an illustrated talk at the Chinese Arts Centre in Manchester on Friday 3 December 2004. He has held many exhibitions in the UK and internationally since 1990 and has produced a number of books including 'Distant Relations', examining what it means to be British and Asian and 'Coastline'.

In 1998, he held an exhibition 'Moving Stories' at the Harris Museum & Art Gallery, Preston, exploring the history of immigration in the Preston area.
