Vicky (Akshay Kumar) is a talented singer waiting for the right break. His college sweetheart Anjali (Amisha Patel) stands by him through thick or thin. When he sings his signature song 'mere jeevan saathi' at his first rock concert, Vicky is an instant hit. So impressed are show promoters Morani-Torani (Gulshan Grover and Ashish Vidyarthi) that they offer him a hefty advance to do their future concerts.
