Advertising Terms & Conditions

Redhotcurry.com is a website operated by Redhotcurry Limited a company registered in England and Wales. Reference to "We" in the Terms of Service means Redhotcurry Ltd. Reference to "the Service" means this website and all services provided in conjunction with it. Reference to "Clients" means you. Reference to "Users" means those visiting and utilising the Service.

The details set our below are the only terms and conditions on which we will provide advertising space and promotional services.

1. We submit advertising proposals to you with the intent of fulfilling both the letter and spirit of those proposals. However we can only accept your advertising campaign and reserve the inventory required on confirmation of the order.

2. Allocation of advertising inventory, i.e. the space, slot, schedule etc, is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. We accept advertising based on your representation that you have the right to publish and display the content. You agree to indemnify and hold Redhotcurry Ltd and the Service harmless from, and against, any expense, liability, claim or loss that results from any claims arising out of online publication and display of your advertising.

4. We will run your advertising in the positions and time periods stated on the order acceptance document. Should we fail to deliver the agreed positions or time periods stated, best alternatives will be offered.

5. In order to ensure that your advertising campaign begins on time, advertising creative must be received at least 72 hours prior to the start of the agreed campaign, If you fail to send us acceptable creative at least 72 hours before the scheduled beginning of a campaign, you may forfeit your allocation.

6. We will substitute advertising creative materials during the course of a campaign free-of-charge. Please allow 72 hours to make these changes happen.

7. We will provide some impression and click through counts as generated by our ad server and tracking software. These statistics may vary from those provided by clients own third-party servers.

8. Send us cancellation and/or modification notices in writing. In the case of cancellation we will charge you for the unexpired term should cancellation be within the minimum campaign duration specified.

9. All insertion orders and creative materials are subject to our final approval. Please bear in mind that minors (children under the age of 16) may be using the Service. We reserve the right to reject any creative that we believe is inappropriate for the Redhotcurry.com audience or that which fails to meet our technical specifications or requirements.

10. We occasionally make mistakes. If we do, we will attempt to correct our mistake or return any money received, at our discretion. We will not be liable for any costs or damages, consequential or otherwise, as a results of any mistake, omission or error or for any other reason.

11. Payment for advertising must be made on order confirmation, in advance of the agreed schedule. Late payment will mean that you forfeit your agreed allocation.

12. These Conditions define the terms under which we offer to sell advertising on the Service. We are not bound by clients' conditions; conditions printed or appearing on order confirmation documents, order instructions or any other advertisers documents. We are not bound to any terms that conflict with these Terms and Conditions without our express written consent.

13. We will not be liable for delays in publishing, delivery, non-delivery, or other errors as a result of events beyond our control including Acts-of-God, actions by any government entity, fire, flood, theft, riot, explosion, embargo, strikes, labour or materials shortages, transportation interruptions or Internet or communications failure.

14. These terms and conditions will change from time to time. All additions and changes will be notified to you by being posted on this page. It is your responsibility to refer to these additions and changes. They will come into effect immediately on being posted and you will be deemed to have accepted them.

15. Advertising rates are subject to change from time to time. Information of such changes will be notified to you be being posted on this page. All pre-existing orders will be honoured under the terms under which they were agreed. We will notify existing advertisers accordingly. The rates will come into effect immediately on being posted and you will be deemed to have accepted them.

16. We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof); with or without notice. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the Service.
